Sydney Metro Delivery (Sydney, NSW Australia)
Sydney Metro delivery of all goods organized through KPOWER is done through our carrier Couriers Please Pty Ltd.
Domestic Delivery (for deliveries within Australia but outside Sydney Metro)
Domestic deliveries (within Australia) of all goods organized through KPOWER is done through our carrier Australia Post.
International Delivery (for deliveries outside of Australia)
International deliveries (outside Australia) of all goods organized through KPOWER is done through our carrier Australia Post.
How much will I pay for freight?
The freight charge will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. The freight is calculated based on the weight and the destination address of your order.
How long until my order is delivered?
Dependant on stock levels, deliveries to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metropolitan addresses will be delivered within 1-3 working days from goods being despatched. Deliveries to all other locations in Australia should be delivered within 5-10 working days from the goods being despatched.
The time taken for International deliveries varies from country to country please email sales@kpower.com.au to obtain delivery estimation for your specific country.
What about insurance?
For the purposes of delivery; we insure all goods for their purchased price (this being the price paid by you the customer at the time of checkout).
For Sydney Metro deliveries insurance is provided through our Sydney Metro carrier Couriers Please; full details of the insurance cover provided by Couriers Please can be found in the Insurance PDS on their website http://www.couriersplease.com.au/.
For domestic deliveries insurance is provided through our domestic carrier Australia Post; full details of the insurance cover provided by Australia Post can be found in the Insurance PDS on their website http://www.australiapost.com.au/.
For international deliveries insurance is provided through our international carrier Australia Post; full details of the insurance cover provided by Australia Post can be found on their website http://www.australiapost.com.au/.
